Shipping Time
We process and dispatch your orders within 48 hours of confirmation.
For 'Cash-On-Delivery' (COD) orders, you will need to verify your order via phone or WhatsApp with the Mero Kanha Ji Team.
We strive to deliver products purchased from merokanhaji.com in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Delivery times are as follows:
2-4 business days for major cities.
4-7 business days for other locations.
Some remote locations serviced by India Post may take 7-14 business days.
Shipping Charges
A shipping charge of ₹75 will apply to all orders below ₹999.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available for orders below ₹999.
Important Information
If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges.
If you cancel a part of your order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you return an order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
